2.         Collection of information

i.        In order to avail our services, you will have to register with us and as part of the registration process we collect the following Personal Information:


a.      name, email address, mobile/landline telephone number, date of birth, address, country of residence, marital status, anniversary date, number of children, spouse’s name, children’s name, their date of births etc;


b.      your credit, or debit card or other payment information including bank details;


c.       your user id and password and other security related information for accessing the Website and/or doing any course on the Website;

d.      any other information provided by you while accessing our Website or when you contact our customer care team or when you engage with our social media platform;


e.      If you use a mobile phone for browsing our Website, we may collect your IP address or other device identifier, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other portable device information;

h.      We may collect personal information which you may provide including your profile photo, profile name etc while taking part in any of the contest or promotion made available on our Website or while posting any review about your past trips on our Website;


i.        Your e-commerce activities and history and related searches;


j.        We will maintain a record of the correspondence which you have exchanged with us in relation to our services or any other reason;



ii.       You represent that the information or data you provide from time to time is and shall be correct, current and updated and you have all the rights, permissions and consents to provide such information or data. Your providing the data/ information and the Concern’s consequent storage, collection, usage, transfer, access or processing of the same shall not be in violation of any third -party agreement, laws, judgments, orders or decrees. 


iii.     In general, the Users to the Website can access the Website’s home page and browse some areas of the Website, without disclosing any Personal Information. 


iv.     However, the Concern tracks information provided by visitor’s browser, including the website the visitor came from (known as the referring URL), the type of browser used and other information that does not personally identify any visitor of the Website. This may include installation of cookies and collection of other session data.


v.      We do not have any system to collect Personal Information automatically. In order to use our services, you will have to register with us and provide Personal Information. It is completely optional on your part to provide Personal Information and register with us. However, you will not be able to avail any of our services unless you register with us and provide the Personal Information.


3.         Use and Processing of data/ information


a.          The information collected by the Concern may be used for a number of purposes connected with our business operations which may include the following: 

i.                  to verify your identity and confirm your eligibility to create account on our Website;

ii.                 to allowing you to create your own profile on our Website in order to avail our services without having to provide personal information again every time you access our Website;

iii.                for advising and providing consultation to you;

iv.               to allow you to participate in the courses;

v.                 if you submit your review about our services then it will be published on our Website with your personal information including your profile photo and other customers will be able to view you reviews and experiences and other details shared with us;


vi.               We may share your details to the extent necessary to our billing and payment service providers in order to facilitate and process your payment on their payment platform and also directing payments, refunding payments etc;

vii.              dealing with requests, enquiries and complaints, customer services and related activities;

viii.             responding to your queries and fulfilling your requests for information regarding our services;

ix.               communicate with you regarding the services that you avail from us and respond to your questions and comments;

The School may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

  • Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  • To personalize user experience
  • We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources provided in our School.
  • To send periodic emails
  • We may use Student email addresses to send Students information and updates pertaining to their order. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests.

b.          Your data/ information will be kept confidential to the maximum possible extent and in accordance with the provisions set out herein.

c.          Your personal information will be retained with us as long as you continue to use your account on our Website or as long as we continue to have a business need to do so, unless a longer period is required by law.

a.          We do not sell or rent any Personal Information.

c.          We may share your information to third parties and investors in connection with potential acquisition of Concern’s assets, mergers, sale, financing etc wherein the details of user information is transferred as part of the assets of the Concern.

d. Student may find advertising or other content in our School that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our School. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Student, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.


5.         Social Media Sharing Feature

We have our social media platforms and you will be able to connect us through such social media platforms. In such case we may be able to identify you and relate the information shared through social media platforms with the information that we already have about you. Depending on your usage settings on social media platforms, all information shared by you may be available to others including your friends and general public.

We have taken steps and adopted industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All electronic financial transactions performed through our Website are covered by encryption technology. All your personal information and data are stored on secured servers and are password and firewall protected. However, no transmission of electronic data can be guaranteed to be perfectly secured. As such, we cannot guarantee or certify the safety of any information transmitted or otherwise provided to us or received from us.

By enrolling in the School, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in the School. Your continued enrollment in the School following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
